Visit the Claim Page and input all requested details, upload a scanned copy of your purchase receipt and submit the fully completed online claim form. You will be contacted by one of our team members who will advise on the status of your submission when available.
If your claim is successful you will receive an email with your digital gift card within 10 business days of the valid email. Then follow the below steps to activate your card:
Click on the Get Your Card button
Select how you’d like to use your card – Instore OR Online.
You will then need to confirm your details and submit
Depending on your choice, you will be issued with either an:
SMS (If Instore is selected) to download a digital Active Card to your mobile wallet to tap & pay with Apple Pay and Android Pay at our participating Active Card retailers
You will need to click on the link in the SMS, you will be prompted to download The Card Network app.
Once the card is in the app, you need to click on the Add To Wallet button and follow the prompts to add to your mobile wallet
You can then tap & pay with Apple Pay and Android Pay at our participating Active Card retailers
Email (If Online is selected) with a gift card code for the specific retailer you selected with instructions on how to use your card online.
Our team will contact you throughout the validation process; this includes notifying you when entries have been submitted and received, valid, pending or invalid. Entries that are made pending, will require resubmission based on the details supplied in the email. You will receive an update within 10 business days of submitting your entry.
